Our mission is to unleash the power of nutrition to restore, renew and transform mind, body and soul.

Hi, I’m Viveene, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Certified Health Coach. I have a special interest in supporting both men and women who are struggling with mental health issues and complications related to gut health, helping them to find the peace of mind they’ve been searching for. Personalised nutrition and wellbeing support is the key to unlocking a life where mental clarity, emotional balance and physical wellness are within reach. I firmly believe that just because you’ve suffered with such conditions for a long time, doesn’t mean you have to continue living with them.

The link between the brain and the gut has gained much recognition over recent years, referred to as the gut brain axis. I have witnessed the benefits of mental health support on the gut and also seen how gut health management may improve brain function. The gut environment, also known as the GI tract, may impact many other body systems. Therefore implementing dietary and lifestyle changes to promote a healthy gut may support weight management, balance hormones and play a crucial role in the management of a wide spectrum of inflammatory diseases.

My approach is built on empathy, and I am dedicated to listening to your concerns. Together, we will delve into your health history to understand all aspects of your physical and mental wellness, then work step-by-step to create a personalised nutrition and wellbeing plan that aligns with your goals and motivates you to achieve lasting change. So, whether your goal is to improve brain function, manage gut-related issues, or simply feel your best, I offer personalised solutions designed to meet you where you are and guide you to where you want to be.

My Approach to Personalised Nutrition and Wellbeing

Before transitioning into the field of nutrition, I spent over seventeen years as a chef, during which time I developed a deep interest in how food impacts our health. This led me to study nutrition formally, and I soon realised the profound life-changing benefits personalised nutrition and wellbeing support could have on both health and disease.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Chester, followed by a Master of Science in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Worcester. During my studies, I became passionate about consuming and promoting nutrient-dense and organically sourced whole foods. Over time, my family and I quickly noticed significant improvements in our physical health and mental wellness.

Today, I am a member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I keep up to date with current research, providing evidence-based advice and recommendations to my clients. I am committed to helping others unlock the transformative power of personalised nutrition and wellbeing support to achieve their health goals and live healthier, happier lives.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition and lifestyle medicine sciences to promote optimal health and wellbeing. It is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Individual characteristics vary, therefore factors such as one’s genetics, lifestyle and environment are taken into account when assessing a person’s needs. This holistic approach, which focuses on overall wellness, addresses the root cause of ill-health rather than symptoms alone.
